Every list a Chartink scanner sends the desk is recorded here the moment it
arrives — the scanner it came from, the stocks in it, Chartink's own
triggered time and the desk's received time. Lists that arrived
outside a scanner's window (marked ignored)
and hits on an unknown webhook (marked rejected)
are logged too, so nothing goes missing. Saved to disk per day, so the history
survives restarts.
